This wonderful lake home is located in The Waterfront Golf Community near Westlake. This is a rare find for this area! This two level home offers water views from almost every room. The open concept main level has a renovated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, a breakfast bar and opens to the dining area which seats 8. The living room has a large flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace (available seasonally) and French doors that open to a spacious deck with plenty of seating. The main level master bedroom offers a king bed, deck access, and private full bathroom with double sinks. A half bath and bonus room that can be used for reading, working or games complete the main level. The lower level offers a family room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV (with XBox One S), 3 bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and the third bedroom has flexibility, containing twin beds with additional twin trundles beneath them. One trundle can be made into a king so the room can accommodate a king and twin. A laundry room and large screened in porch (with a fridge) are also on the lower level.

This gentle lot has a wonderful paver stone path that leads to the dock area. There is a set of steps that lead into the water for easy access getting in and out of the water. Guests have use of the dock house which includes,floats, life vests and storage. The owners offer use of 3 kayaks, 2 stand up paddles boards and a canoe! With this location, you have the convenience of being so close to everything Smith Mountain Lake has to offer but are still in a great cove.
