Description
Ping Pong Table downstairs for the kids! This home sits on an amazing lot with views that will make you fall in love with the lake. This home is location, location, location! You are on a quiet subdivision road away from the noise and traffic, but only 3 minutes from Bridgewater Plaza... the hub of Smith Mountain Lake. The cove is perfect for relaxing too! On the entry level, you enter the home through a large open sunroom. There is seating for 10 in this fully enclosed area. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed into the spacious eat in kitchen that has a table for 4. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to make dinners your family will love! At this time, there is not a dishwasher, but the owners are trying to modify the kitchen to fit one. Will update this soon! The living room on the main level has a large flatscreen HDTV as well as a fireplace for those cooler fall nights.The oversized couches make this a comfortable space to play one of the board games with your family or just veg out and watch a movie. There is an entrace to the sunroom from the living room as well. The main level holds all 3 bedrooms, The master bedroom, with a King bed, has a 1/2 bath. There is a small tv in the master bedroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen as well. You are going to love the built in storage spaces in the closets! Bedroom #3 has 3 twin beds which makes for the kids having an awesome time together.
Downstairs, there is a rec room with a large sectional couch, big flatscreen HDTV, full bar, and a foosball table. This is a great open space that allows your family to spend quality time with each other, but still have your own personal space. There is something for everyone here. The patio on the lower level is my favorite area. Of course, this is the place for the King (or Queen) of the grill too! You will find plenty of patio furniture, lounge chairs, and room for all. You have use of the covered dock (but not the lift) as well as a floating dock. The home is tucked far enough back in the cove that you won't catch all the wake from the boat traffic, but you will be able to enjoy watching all the lake action right from the dock. The swim ladder makes swimming right from the dock easy. You can watch the older kids from the patio. And when you decide to take a dip in the lake yourself, it is a very gentle, short walk to the dock. Once you stay here, you will want to come back year after year. We can't wait to become part of your family tradition!
