The view from the kitchen, sunroom, and master bedroom looks out over multicolored tuscan style rooftops, across the wide main channel and you can even catch a glimpse of Hales Ford Bridge. The home itself is very tastefully decorated, without all the clutter, allowing for open freeflowing spaces The main level contains the living room, kitchen, sunroom with a dining room table as well as sitting area for morning coffee, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There are decks on either side of the sunroom so everyone has their own space. The living room has comfortable seating for 6 and a large screen tv with DirecTv. The modern kitchen is laid out for 2 chefs to be able to work in the kitchen with extra space. The sunroom is a great feature of the home and allows you to enjoy the views even on cooler or rainy days.
Downstairs, there is a rec room with seating for 5 and another large screen tv with DirecTv. There is also a kitchenette with a 4 seater table and small bar area. The yard is perfect for playing with the kids, tossing the football or playing frisbee. At the dock, you have another tv that's wired to DirecTv so no one has to choose between watching the big game or hanging out on the dock. There is power at the dock in case you need to charge your batteries for your boat.
