This three level townhome offers it all. From widewater views, gorgeous sunsets, flat yard, gated community that offers swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, sandy beach area, covered boatslip, boat luanch, with a storage area for your trailors, and electric down on dock. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. This townhome will steal your heart! The main level holds the kitchen, half bath, living room and dining room, with a stunning view from the dining room window. The mountains form a panoramic backdrop framing one of the widest parts of the lake. The pictures simply can not do it justice. Your favorite place will be the covered deck just off the living room. Its perfect for morning coffee or afternoon pina coladas. If you do want to have a meal inside, there is a table that seats 4, although I'd spend every minute I could on the deck enjoying the view! There is a gas fireplace if you are wanting to have a romantic getaway in the fall or winter. The living room has a mounted large screen tv with dish network above the fireplace, and a dvd player if you don't want to miss the release of your favorite movie. The 2nd level (upstairs) has a master bedroom with a queen overlooking the lake and a balcony with chairs for lounging or working on your tan. There is a 2nd bedroom on that level as well with a king bed.
The 3rd level, at the very top, lets you see the lake from a whole new vantage point. There is another balcony and there are 2 twin beds in the bedroom on this level, which is a huge room and can double as a rec room. There are games, cards, and books for you to enjoy with your family or take with you to the beach or poolside. There is no grill at this home for fire safety, but there is a community grill you can use. Whether you want to lounge by the pool, get in a game of basketball or tennis, take a swim at the beach, or have drinks on the deck, there is something for everyone with this vacation spot.
