Beautiful townhome with amazing views! This rental sits right in the heart of SML. Grocery stores, fun for the kids, shopping, movie theater, all of it is just 5 minutes from the home. The townhome is very nicely decorated with modern furnishings and upgrades. There is a deck on the main level overlooking the lake, and the view will make you want to stay even longer. There is a galley style kitchen that has everything you need. The dining room with a table that seats 4 is open to the living room so your family will never miss a minute with each other. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both with full baths. On the lower level you will find a 3rd full bath and a 3rd bedroom with a Twin Daybed and trundle that can double as a rec room for the kids. This is a great spot for any family! Boat parking permitted for no more than 10 minutes at a time. If you rent a boat you must return it to the marina when you are finished. No trailer parking,

Lower level patio has 2 adirondack chairs and grill. One kayak with life jackets and paddle is available as well. | Home managed by CB Sales / Rentals, Inc. | You must bring your own fittted and flat sheets, towels, and toiletry items.
