The decor is so warm and inviting and this place literally has everything...Gorgeous widewater views, amazing sunsets, a flat yard, swimming pool, tennis / basketball courts, sandy beach, covered boatslip, community boat luanch and storage for your trailers. This townhome will become part of your families memories for years. On the main level, you have a kitchen with granite countertops, a half bath, living room and open dining room, and WOW, what a stunning view from the deck. The mountains form a panoramic backdrop framing one of the widest parts of the lake. The pictures simply can not do it justice. Your favorite place will be the covered deck just off the living room. Its perfect for morning coffee or afternoon margaritas (they even have a Jimmy Buffet, 5 o'clock Somewhere table). When you are ready for dinner, there is a table inside that seats 6. The living room has a large screen tv with 30 digital channels. The upstairs has 2 master bedrooms each with a queen. The master bedroom overlooking the lake has a balcony, a huge master bathroom with an awesome tile shower. The roadfront bedroom has all the comforts as well.
The lower level has a huge room and a 3rd bedroom with a Double bed. There is a Double sleep sofa in the rec room where you can put the snorer in your group! The rec room has 2 very comfortable sofas, large screen tv, as well as a bar. There are games and cards for you to enjoy with your family. The lower level patio has a gas grill. There is a kayak for your use as well as 2 adult size bikes. Whether you want to lounge by the pool, get in a game of basketball or tennis, take a swim at the beach, or have drinks on the deck, there is something for everyone with this fun vacation spot.
