Come and enjoy the awesome wide water views from all this condo at Bernards Landing. This rental sits right in the heart of SML. Great location on the main channel of the lake and a short car drive to Westlake Shopping Center (grocery stores, fun for the kids, shopping, movie theater, all of it just a few minutes from the home).

Overnight occupancy is limited to 2 people over the age of 3 years old and one additional person under 3 years of age per Franklin County occupancy regulations. Home managed by CB Sales and Rentals, Inc. | You must bring your own fitted and flat sheets, towels, and toiletry items. Linen rentals are available third party if you prefer to pack light. Comforters, quilts, pillows and matress protectors are provided. Occupancy is set by the counties and state of VA; we do not have the ability to override it or make exceptions. Please do not ask. |

Boat and PWC trailer parking is prohibited anytime anywhere on the Property, except the boat storage compound. Boats and PWC's may be moored at any of the floating convenience docks, located near your condo, townhome or patio home. Order your watercraft permits and decals in advance and be ready to launch upon arrival. The cost is $15 per day for each watercraft (fee includes trailer parking). Call 540-719-1041 to order your decals in advance. Allow at least two weeks for delivery. There is a $5 processing/shipping charge on each order. Visa, Master Card, Discover are accepted. Last-minute guests may pick up and pay for decals at the Comprehensive Property Owners Association Office (CPOA) upon arrival. The office is open 9 am to 4 pm Mon thru Friday. Floating docks are checked daily for boats without permits.
