This 3 level home is great for your next Smith Mountain Lake vacation. The dock is nothing short of amazing. There is a sundeck for suntanning, picnics by the water, or just lounging with the kids. The long cove view from the house and the dock is peaceful and relaxing. There is a great swimming area where your family is protected form the wakes of passing boats and if hanging on the dock is more your style, you are in luck because there is plenty of room there too, both in full sun or full shade. If you feel like exploring, there are 2 kayaks (and life jackets) for your use.
The driveway leads into the garage in the basement, so you can enter on the lower level or you can use the steps on the side to enter on the main level. On the main level, the kitchen is open to the living room and boy what a view. Full floor to ceiling windows make it feel like you are right on the water! The master bedroom is located upstairs. A small office area with wifi is available in the loft area overlooking the lake, so you have a dedicated space for work or school. The master bath has both a soaker tub as well as a seperate shower. | Downstairs the rec room is set up for hanging out or watching Netflix. There will be a foosball table in March. A half bath is located just off the rec room. The laundry room is located in the lower level as well.
