The docks have a huge sundeck that is great for sunbathing, watching the kids swim, or watching all the wildlife across the cove. Bring your fishing pole and let the kids try their hand at catching a sun perch or maybe even a striper! Townhome does come with a designated boat slip, but trailer parking is not permitted at the property, so make sure to leave your trailer at the boat launch.
