The sundeck at the dock is HUGE and is where your family will spend most of their days, so bring a towel and your sunscreen. This is the place to be! This home will allow 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 5 per Franklin County regulations. Should any renters be found overoccupying the home, the entire group may be evicted immediately without refund.
