The view is incredible, overlooking Hales Ford Bridge and the main channel. The recent renovations of this home have opened up the living room to take full advantage of the floor to ceiling windows on the main level. The kitchen is a chef's dream running nearly the entire length of the house... tons of cabinets and plenty of counter space, quality appliances, and room for all the chefs in your family to prepare food without bumping into one another. The dining room overlooks the lake and has seating for 6-8 at the table. Just off the dinign room, you'll find a screened in porch that will become your favorite place to have breakfast every morning while here. There is an extra table that seat 6 just off the living room for family game night. HDTV and 70 mile radius antenna means there is always something to watch when you come in from a long day of playing on the lake.

The bedrooms are spacious and well planned out. The master bedroom on the main level has a fantastic view of the lake, a walk in closet, and an impressive master bath. Bedroom #2 and 3 on the main level have queens. The rooms offer high ceilings, attention to detail, and quality furniture that will make this vacation your most relaxing one so far.

Downstairs you will find 1 more bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a Play Station2 hooked up in this room for rainy days when the kids can't play in the lake. There's also a rec room with media center and small pool table/foosball combo and a wet bar. This level has a concrete patio with ample furniture for everyone to sit out and relax. There is a gas grill too so bring on the hamburgers and hotdogs!

One of the most fun features of this home are the kayaks! You are in the perfect cove to enjoy an sunset kayak trip. Life vests are provided. The large 2 level dock with floater is great for fishing, sunbathing and swimming. The dock has a floater so its easy to get on the boat, no matter if the lake is up or down.There are rub rails, but bring your own bumpers as the main channel can get busy throughout the day and on weekends. The home has Xfinity Comcast Internet and cable so if you have Comcast at home, you can login to your own saved shows.
