The open kitchen to the living room and dining room allows for easy conversation while cooking and preparing meals. There is a dinig room table that seats 6 and 4 barstools at the counter. The living room has a large flatscreen tv with Roku for Netflix and streaming. There is also a large couch to relax on and watch tv or hang out by the fireplace. French doors open to covered deck with tons of seating. The master bedroom on the main level has a california king size bed and a large flatscreen tv. There is a door off the master bedroom out to the full length deck overlooking the lake. | The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a rec room with fireplace and outdoor area with TV and cushy patio furniture sofas (great for the kids) as well as a 3rd large flatscreen tv in the rec room. The lower level large bedroom has a Queen bed and large flatscreen tv too. The 2nd downstairs bedroom has 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds and a neat area for kids to play. The lower patio has plenty of furniture for everyone plus a hot tub. There is a gas grill on the upper deck. The dock is located in a fairly shaded part of the no wake cove, but there is a firepit area with plenty of room to lay out by the dock if you want to get a tan.

Comforters, quilts, pillows and matress protectors are provided. Occupancy is set by the counties and state of VA; we do not have the ability to override it or make exceptions. Please do not ask. |
