This townhome sits right in the heart of SML and is close to other rentals. 5 minutes to grocery stores, fun for the kids, shopping, movie theater, etc. The house itself is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings. There is a deck on the main level overlooking the lake with a full panoramic main channel view. There is a full kitchen that has everything you need. The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. On the lower level you will find a rec room with a super comfy sectional that has a Queen sleeper sofa for kids or overflow guests. There is a gas grill on the lower level and a covered boat slip for you to pull under, but lift is not operable for renters. This is a great spot for any family!
