This home sits on a beautiful and meticulously landscaped lot with walking trails, a fountain and flower garden. The lot is nearly flat with a wide, open view of the Craddock Creek part of the lake. At the dock, you will find ample space to park your boat under the covered area (although you cannot use the lift) or moor your boat at the floating dock to the left. As you enter the home on the main level, you will find yourself in a kitchen that is large and well appointed enough to please any gourmet chef. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room so everyone can spend time together, even while making dinner. The master bedroom is on this level as well. The master bathroom is huge and set up so 2 people can get ready at the same time without getting in each other's way. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms that share a Jack / Jill bathroom. There is even a jacuzzi tub to soak those sore muscles after a day of playing on the boat. Each bedroom is spacious and well appointed with a dresser and closet space. Downstairs, you will find a rec room with a pool table and a 4th sleeping area (open to the rec room) that has a Queen sleep sofa. Queen Size sleeper sofa There is a full bathrooom w ith a walk-in shower. The rec room has a gaming area with a TV,PS2 with over 30 games, lots of Board Games, Books, and Movies to watch. Plenty of activities to keep a family busy on a rainy day. The decks have lots of seating for those wanting to eat outside.
